Users will get an email containing a verification code to access the Customer Portal if the email is registered as a communication contact on Centime by the Supplier.
If the email is registered and the user is unable to get the verification code, then the user can try resending the verification code from the Customer Portal login page.
If the user has still not received the verification code, the user can check their spam folder for emails from Centime Administrator.
If the issue still persists, the user can send an email to the customer success team at Centime at cs@centime.com.
