I'm unable to retry payment on an invoice

Users can make payment on an invoice when the payment status of the invoice is 'Ready to Pay' or 'Failed'.


If the payment status is 'Processing' then users will have to wait until the status resolves to Failed or fully processes. Here's how you can refresh the portal to view updated payment statuses.
