I'm unable to make payments on the Customer Portal

Users are able to make payments on the Customer Portal via ACH or Credit Card if enabled by their Supplier.


If you are unable to make payments via ACH or Credit Card on the payment hub, then your Supplier has disabled receiving online payments.


You can reach out to your Supplier for more details or reach out to cs@centime.com if the issue persists.
