Customer Portal Access

To access the Customer Portal, you must be added as a Receivables communication contact by your Supplier on Centime. If you are receiving an error that says "Please sign in with a registered email," then you should request that your supplier add you as a communication contact, and you will be able to log in with the email once complete. 


If you need multiple users created, please provide the names and emails to your supplier so that they can be added. 


Log In to the Hub

To log in to the Customer Portal, either navigate to the link directly if you have it, or click on the "Pay Now" button in one of your invoice reminder emails. Enter your email address and click Next. 

If you are a registered user, you will receive an email notification containing a 2-factor authentication code to login. Enter that and press Submit.

You will be logged into your hub and be able to manage your open invoices.
