This article explains the content on the Customer Portal dashboard as well as various shortcuts and icons available.

Dashboard
When a user logs into the Customer Portal, they are presented with the dashboard.
The dashboard gives the user a summary of their Payables for the supplier and includes the total outstanding and overdue amounts from invoices along with any applicable discounts.
Dashboard Header Bar
Users can view Supplier details from the summary section of their Customer Portal dashboard along with their address and contact information
If you are making payments through the hub for more than one organization, you can select the appropriate company from the company drop-down available on the left side of the header bar.
If you have multiple suppliers that utilize this Customer Portal, you can switch between them using the dropdown on the top right of your hub.
Users can also navigate to the settings page by clicking on the Settings icon on the right side of the header bar or click on their company initials to log out.
Dashboard Icons
The dashboard contains multiple icons that may not be familiar to you. Please refer to the image below and the corresponding legend for details on what these icons indicate.
1 | The PDF icon next to the invoice column refers to the invoice document and users can view the invoice document by clicking on the icon next to the invoice if available |
2 | A red '%' icon indicates an early pay discount was once available for the invoice but has since expired. |
3 | A green '%' icon refers to the early pay discounts and invoices with available discounts will be flagged with a green '%' icon |
4 | The triangle alert icon is dynamic and the user will be able to view more information by hovering over the icon |
Unpaid Invoices tab
The Unpaid Invoices tab lists all the open invoices with details such as outstanding amount, payment amount, due date, payment method, and payment status. The unpaid invoices tab has two available actions:
- No Action: Users can view details of their invoices and can click on available payment methods to add a payment account or change the payment method (ACH or Credit card)
- Pay: Users can select one or multiple invoices to make payment, can change the payment method or payment account, and can view applied discounts before making the payment.
